Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the rt138 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of these conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rt138 applies a minimum age requirement of 21, which is stricter than the standard 18-year threshold used in many jurisdictions, in recognition of responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services of the type provided by rt138 does not constitute a violation of any applicable local law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or subject to a court order restricting financial transactions are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through rt138's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any recognised gambling regulatory authority.
• Not an rt138 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of rt138 or its affiliated technology and payment partners are not eligible to hold a real-money player account.

rt138 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you will inform rt138 promptly if your eligibility status changes.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of rt138 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, at a minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, primary contact email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. rt138 relies on registered account information to process deposits, verify withdrawals, and provide customer support. Any inaccuracy that causes a delay in payment processing or a failed KYC verification is not the responsibility of rt138.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active rt138 account at any time. This restriction applies across all devices, IP addresses, payment methods, and residential addresses. If rt138 identifies more than one account linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation. The oldest verified account will ordinarily be treated as the legitimate account; however, rt138 reserves the right to apply different treatment depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rt138 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party and must notify rt138 immediately at support@rt138.cam if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. rt138 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

rt138 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, or where suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of OVO, DANA, GoPay, BCA, or BRI account in your name)
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by rt138 will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

rt138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be initiated from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your rt138 account within 5–15 minutes of a confirmed transfer. Deposits via e-wallet platforms (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within 60 seconds. rt138 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted on business days between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. rt138 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for a withdrawal, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully complete and approved.
• The withdrawal destination account must be in your registered name and must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit of substance.
• Any Bonus Balance must have met the applicable wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. Unconverted Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Your account must not be subject to any active investigation, dispute, or chargeback claim.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the rt138 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rt138 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a non-IDR currency will be converted at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of receipt, minus a conversion margin, and credited in IDR.

4.6 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. rt138 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts with a Real Money Balance. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed at rt138's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

rt138 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major football tournaments including the BRI Liga 1 season, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup. All bonuses are subject to these general conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by rt138 carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the combined deposit-and-bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. rt138 reserves the right to apply different wagering multipliers, game contribution weightings, and time limits to individual promotions.

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): typically 100% contribution toward wagering requirements at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Slots: typically 100% contribution.
• Live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): typically 10%–20% contribution; check individual promotion terms.
• Togel markets: typically 50% contribution; check individual promotion terms.
• Mix parlay accumulators: 100% contribution provided all selections carry minimum odds of 1.30 per leg.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

rt138 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal exposure; systematic exploitation of free bet offers across multiple accounts; and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. If bonus abuse is detected, rt138 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

rt138 reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from specific promotions at its sole discretion, including on the basis of a player's betting patterns, account history, or geographic location. The availability of a promotion on the rt138 platform does not constitute a guarantee that any specific account is eligible for that promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

rt138 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where: the stake exceeds the applicable bet limit for the market; the odds were published in error due to a manifest technical or human error; the event has already commenced at the time the bet was placed; or the bet is identified as part of a pattern of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

All odds displayed on the rt138 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet slip is accepted and a bet reference number is issued. rt138 does not honour odds that were displayed on your screen but had changed before your bet was formally accepted by the system.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets operate in real time and are subject to suspension, delay, or withdrawal at any point during an event. rt138 applies standard "in-running" rules that govern situations such as score changes occurring between a bet being submitted and the bet being accepted by the system. Where the system cannot confirm a bet acceptance before a material change in match circumstances, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

6.4 Mix Parlay Rules

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is void, the void selection is removed and the accumulator recalculates at reduced odds across the remaining valid selections. If fewer than two valid selections remain after voiding, the entire accumulator is voided and the stake is returned.

6.5 Casino and RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games on the rt138 casino lobby are governed by the published RTP (Return to Player) percentages and rules set by the individual game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others). rt138 is not liable for outcomes determined by third-party RNG software, provided the software holds current certification from an independent testing laboratory.

6.6 Togel Markets

Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on rt138 are drawn from officially published lottery results or from rt138's certified internal draw system, depending on the market type. All draw times are published in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Disputes regarding togel results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw result being published.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt138 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, "sure-betting," or any systematic strategy specifically designed to generate guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome by exploiting price discrepancies between rt138 and other operators.

• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments or financial credentials to fund your rt138 account.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the rt138 platform — including but not limited to the rt138 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, text, data compilations, odds algorithms, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of rt138 or is used under licence from its respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rt138 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any rt138 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any rt138 software or algorithm.
• Create derivative works based on rt138 content or brand assets.
• Use the rt138 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without a formal written licence agreement.

Any unauthorised use of rt138's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Privacy & Data

rt138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, rt138 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of customer support. rt138 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the rt138 servers. Player data is never sold to third-party advertising networks. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rt138 excludes all liability for:

• Any tax liability you incur in connection with winnings received from the rt138 platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine and satisfy any tax obligations arising in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits rt138's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by rt138

rt138 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; a risk of harm to other players or to the integrity of the platform; or a request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Termination by You

You may request the closure of your rt138 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@rt138.cam. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason: all Bonus Balance is immediately forfeited; all open bets will be settled according to their final outcome if the relevant event has not yet concluded, or voided and refunded if settlement is no longer practicable; and your licence to access the rt138 platform is revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7, 8, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.

Responsible Gaming

rt138 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity and maintain control over their spending. • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Amendments

When material changes are made, rt138 will notify registered Users by email at the address on file and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the rt138 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. rt138 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rt138 holds its international operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through rt138's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation. rt138 acknowledges that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development and commits to operating in a manner consistent with its international licensing obligations and global responsible gaming standards.

For the purposes of any legal proceedings, the language of the proceedings shall be English unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
